Let's Talk


Today is World Mental Health Day - a day is not enough, but it IS an opportunity to highllight the fact that however, you are feeling, you are not alone and people care.


The most important first step is to share how you're feeling with someone you trust. Talk to a friend, family member, colleague or you might feel more comfortable sharing with someone you don't know - support helplines are there to help. The Mental Health Foundation have suggestions but the first step is to share.


Whatever you do, don't do nothing. Don't keep it to yourself.
