BASIC

​BESPOKE SERVICE ​

Support 3 days/ week

 max of 12 hours per month

 

Tasks could include: 

  • Email monitoring & holding response service

  • Diary Management

  • Travel Research

  • Maintaining systems i.e. Trello, Hubspot, Slack

  • Administrative support at agreed times over 3 days per week

STANDARD

BESPOKE SERVICE ​

Support 5 days/ week

 max of 20 hours per month

​

Tasks could include:​

  • C Suite Support

  • Email management*

  • Set up and maintenance of systems i.e. Trello, Metricool, Hubspot, Slack, Toggl, Rize

  • Travel booking

  • Setting up Zoom/Teams meetings

  • Note taking service at virtual meetings

PREMIUM

BESPOKE SERVICE ​

Priority Support 5 days/ week

 max of 30 hours per month

​

Tasks could include:​​

  • Bespoke priority support 

  • Proofreading/editing

  • Report writing

  • Copywriting

  • Bespoke templates on Word, PowerPoint, Publisher and Canva 

  • Formal minute taking for Board meetings and client meetings

* Email management includes flagging urgent emails, setting reminders, categorising, filing, and logging emails, archiving, deleting, unsubscribing and reporting phishing emails as required, clearing inbox, setting up signatures and templates where necessary 

All packages  are subject to a minimum contract of 6 months after the initial cooling off period. See Ts & Cs for further information.
